Nestled in the heart of the private and secure estate Appel Garden Resort 2, Villa AIMA embodies an elegant, modern and serene vision of Marrakech.
Restored in 2025, it features three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a relaxation space with 2 single beds.
The living areas, bathed in light through large floor-to-ceiling windows, offer a warm and open atmosphere.
The 1,000 m² garden features a 9-metre heated pool and a spacious terrace dedicated to relaxation and al fresco dining.
